Adding more information about your family and more students.

To speed up your initial sign-up experience we only require a few of your details. There is room for you to add additional contact information in case of an emergency or put another family member on the account at a later date if you so wish. With the Parent Portal this is easy to do at any time. Simply sign-in and go to the Family page, here you can add as many details about your family as you like. If you wish to enrol another child, just go to the student page, click new student and complete the form – don’t forget to add medical details! The student can now be enrolled into a class. How easy was that?!

Once you’ve found the perfect class …

The Parent Portal has a powerful filter tool to help you find a class at a location and time that best suits you. It couldn’t be simpler to use. You can filter by as many or as little criteria as wish. Want to view all the classes at just Kingston? Then select KTA Kingston as the location. Or do you want to join a Jump 4 Fun! class but don’t mind which location you attend? Select Jump 4 Fun! as the programme and leave all the other filters blank. Hey presto! – all the Jump 4 Fun! classes, at all locations will appear. Click ‘Info’ for more information on a class or ‘Enrol’ to book into a class.


Either Enrol or book a Free Trial!

Actively Enrol: This will send us your request to enrol into your chosen class. Select the student you want to enrol and choose ʻEnrolment Type: Activeʼ. We love to give you flexibility – that’s why we allow you to choose your own start date (subject to change and approval). Your request will be sent to Katie, our Parent Liaison, who will aim to approve your request within 48 hours. The tuition charges will then be added to your familyʼs ledger.

Free Trial: Not 100% sure if the programme, class time or location is right for you? No problem. We offer everyone a free trial class. We want to make sure prospective students are happy in their chosen class and, as a parent, you are happy with the services and coaching we provide. We’re aware enrolling into a class is a commitment and you want to make the right choice. To book a trial, select the student and choose ʻEnrolment Type: Trialʼ. Now select the date you want to trial (subject to change and approval) and click ʻSubmit Requestʼ. Your request will be sent to Katie, our Parent Liaison, who will aim to approve your request within 48 hours.

Absence: If you are aware that you will be absent, we greatly appreciate that you let us know in advance.

Keep track of your finances with your online ledger!

CashFlows Payments Processing

We aim to be as open and transparent with our pricing as possible – nobody likes nasty surprises! With this in mind, we have set up an area on the Parent Portal where you can access your familyʼs own personal ledger. This will show any outstanding charges, received payments and any house credit you may have available.

Pay your tuition the easy way with AutoPay! AutoPay allows you to assign a credit or debit card to your account. Each time we charge monthly tuition it is automatically debited from the assigned card. AutoPay is hassle free and you will never miss a payment again. AutoPay just got even better – you can now have every charge from events, apparel and all additional charges paid automatically using your AutoPay card.
