Regional Team Finals - Event Information

The event information for the Regional Team Final in Birmingham is now available to download. Please read this information carefully and get in contact if you have any questions.

The documents have been annotated to make it easier for you to work out when your child is at orientation and competing. With such a large entry mistakes can happen so can you please double check yourself that this is correct against the timetable and start list in the pack.

• Things to note:
  As per previous events the competition will, where possible, run up to 60 minutes ahead of schedule, therefore please ensure your gymnasts are on-site should this occur.
• Gymnasts need to come to the London Region registration desk, near to entrance E in time for the beginning of their registration slot (see timetables).
• We would ask that all gymnasts arrive for the beginning of their registration slot to allow plenty of time to register and distribute accreditation's and identify any withdrawals.
• Entry to stretching area will be 15 mins before warm up in training hall commences.

As gymnasts have already competed the routines and passes in competition three times they should now be second nature to the gymnasts. There will be an extra session on Friday 8 June 6-8pm for those who have qualified to practice. Please turn up if you wish to use this extra session.
