When will my tuition payment be processed?

Your tuition payment will be automatically processed on the 7th of each month. You will receive an email statement on the 1st of each month confirming the upcoming payment amount.

What if I start mid month?

If you join half way through a month the tuition charges will be pro-rated. The full tuition charges will be charged the following and subsequent months. The additional membership fees will need to be paid in full when joining.

Do classes continue through school holidays?

Classes continue at Kingston through the majority of school holidays with short breaks at Christmas and in August.
Classes continue at New Malden through the majority of school holidays with a short break at Christmas.
Classes continue at Chessington through the majority of school holidays with a short break at Christmas.
Classes continue at Walton & Hersham through the majority of school holidays with a short break at Christmas.

Dates of closures are confirmed closer to the holiday periods.

Can I freeze membership when I am on holiday?

Membership cannot be frozen. You will need to continue to pay your tuition charges if you cannot attend.

Do you have coaches at the classes?

All our classes are run by qualified coaches and follow the British Gymnastics syllabus.

Do you offer make-ups if I miss a class?

Makeup Tokens are issued on the 1st February, 1st June and 1st September. In addition to scheduled token releases, we also provide Makeup Tokens for closures. While we don't issue Makeup Tokens for general absences, we encourage reporting them so that the Makeup Token system can operate smoothly and open up spaces for other families to redeem their tokens.

Do you offer pay as you go classes?

No, we do not offer pay-as-you-go drop-in classes.

Do you offer one to one private classes?

Yes, we do. We offer one-hour appointments for private, one-to-one, tuition. The tuition charge is £77.50. You can select the dates you wish to attend during the booking process. This private class is only open to current members who have already attended a New Member Consultation. If you are new and wish to get started please book a New Member Consultation HERE.

What do you have to wear?

Tight-fitting sports attire should be worn to classes. Socks must be worn and students should bring athletic shoes which they can run in. When students begin to somersault their coach may ask them to wear a leotard as it will make supporting and catching them easier.

All jewellery needs to be removed (piercings, rings, necklaces, bracelets, religious items) prior to the class. If you have a recent piercing or any body jewellery which cannot be removed, you must inform us prior to the class. This is for your own safety and our coaches safety.

Long hair needs to be tied up, neatly and securely to prevent it from covering the eyes. This is for both men and women. For safety, head coverings must be removed (sports hijabs can be worn).

Do you offer classes for people with disabilities?

We offer a Disability & Additional Support New Member Consultation for individuals with mild to moderate disabilities or requiring additional support. All new members start with a consultation to assess their needs. This is a 30-minute one-to-one consultation. After attending the Disability & Additional Support New Member Consultation the coach will direct the participant either to One-to-One classes or the Para-Trampoline Class (by invitation). What are the additional membership fees?

Additional membership fees are payable on joining and annually thereafter and provide affiliations, membership and personal liability insurance.
British Gymnastics Membership and Personal Insurance: £22 annual (renewal October)
London Gymnastics Affiliation:£5 annual (renewal December)
Kingston Trampoline Academy Club Membership:£37 annual (renewal February)

What payment cards do you accept for my recurring billing?

We accept Visa and Mastercard.

What is the cost of a New Member Consultation

New Member Consultations are charged at the following rate:

£25 - 30 minute one-to-one class

What is the monthly tuition?

Jump & Tumble (5-6 Years)

£65.50 per month for one 60-minute group class per week at Walton & Hersham (4 hours per month )
£97 per month for one 90-minute group class per week at Kingston (6 hours per month)

Foundation and Somersualt Classes

£97 per month for one 90-minute group class per week at all locations (6 hours per month)
£118.50 per month for one 120-minute group class per week at Kingston (8 hours per month)

Adult Classes

£97 per month for one 90-minute group class per week at all locations (6 hours per month)
