Jump & Tumble is Back! Taster Sessions in July

We are excited to announce that our entry-level programme for 5 to 7-year-olds, Jump & Tumble, is returning in September 2023!

Jump & Tumble encompasses trampoline, double mini-trampoline and tumbling into one class. Children learn a combination of fundamental skills, jumping technique and body management before progressing to skills such as somersaults and flips. 

Jump & Tumble used to be our most popular programme and is part of our competitive/athlete pathway. It is where all our current top-level athletes began. We had to sadly take a pause on this programme following the covid lockdowns but we are now in a position to bring back this well-loved programme.

Taster Sessions

We are running Saturday taster sessions on July 29 and August 5 at our Kingston location. To book, click HERE (select the Kinsgton location when prompted). The taster class is £23 for 90 minutes.

The Class

The class will start on Saturday 16th September. The class will then run weekly 8:30-10:00am. The monthly tuition for Jump & Tumble is £92 (6 hours per month).

What to Expect

In Jump & Tumble, children will:

• Learn fundamental skills such as jumping, landing, rolling and balancing
• Develop their jumping technique
• Improve their body management
• Progress to skills such as somersaults and flips
• Have fun and make new friends

The Jump & Tumble taster class is at our Kingston location. If you click the booking link below and no option to book appears, please switch the Customer Portal to the Kingston location.

To switch to the Kingston location, click on the map icon found at the top right of the Customer Portal. This will then let you switch to the Kingston location.
